Parties: We are Digitalbrain LM Services Ltd of 2nd Floor, Aspect House, 84-87 Queens Road Brighton BN1 3XE. You must be either aged 18 or over, or have your school, college or organisation's consent to use the Digitalbrain website.

Our Service: A Website providing a general electronic resource service, which may include, but is not obliged to include, the following facilities:

• access to publicly available Internet sites
• access to relevant educational information and resources collected, stored and arranged by us
• facilities to launch and operate your own website
• facilities for storage of personal information, including website addresses [and content] and your own materials and information
• direct access via active x to your own word-processing, spreadsheet and communications applications
• access to Internet facilities, including discussions, games, support.

Payment: Whilst our core online subject content is free, we retain the right to charge for any premium online content that we may develop, and for other services which we may promote from time to time. Charges will be deducted using the secure credit card collection system provided by Datacash and NatWest Bank.

Digitalbrain Registration: Registration is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to change the basis on which registration is offered or to expire registration if we feel it is appropriate to do so.

Use of the Website: You may use the Website and any further software we supply to you in relation to the Website only as specified in the instructions appearing on the Website for your own personal use or for educational, non-commercial purposes. If you wish to use the Website in any institution, e.g. school, library, college, you must apply for a separate licence for this purpose. You may not copy or otherwise use any software or computer programs constituting or contained in the Website. You may not copy the structure and lay out of the Website, including, for example, the architecture of any pages or series of pages or any links to other websites. Further, you must comply with the terms of any licence or access to information or software accessed through or via the Website, including, for example any terms relating to the use of any third party proprietary computer programs or services such as communications or email. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website if we believe you may be in breach of any such licences, including in relation to excessive use, abusive 'spamming' practices or high volumes of communications transmissions. You will indemnify us against any loss we may incur as a result of your use of the Website otherwise than as expressly authorised under these terms.
